Return and refund policies 

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Issues with item(s)

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately by email. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 4 business days of receiving your product. We’ll be more than happy to resolve the issue. If we are not contacted within 4 business days of your order being received, we will no longer be able to resolve the issue. For all issues, we aim to resolve them within 14 business days of receiving the product. If you request a resolution within a 4-business-day timeframe but cannot return the product(s) to us for any reason, please get in touch; any resolution will be at our discretion
